I first implemented this framework at a fast-paced digital marketing agency, and have since elevated the approach into an easy-to-adopt, repeatable formula.

This checklist can be used in two ways:
1) For the content team to review before submitting for final approval.
Being straightforward with your team on expectations will give the team focus to be intentional, and it will give them parameters to work within to create great content.
2) As a guide for the reviewer to give constructive feedback.
Setting expectations for yourself, as the reviewer, will allow you to approve more creative concepts and let your social media take more calculated risks. It also gives you the structure to fall back on when your manager kicks a question your way post-publish.
